Licensed with the State of California as a notary and certified as a Loan Signing Agent, we can help you with all your notary needs

We provide notary services in Temecula, Murrieta and surrounding areas. Our rates are regulated by California law but travel fees will apply and will depend on the distance and time of day we have to travel.

We are bonded as required by California law and also carry a $100,000 E&O insurance policy.

Notary services are available from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm at our office Monday through Friday, mobile services from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and mobile on Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Fees:
Our fees are specified by the California Secretary of State and are $10 per signature per document for acknowledgement or jurat (oath or affirmation).

Payment in full is expected at time of service. We accept cash, debit or credit cards.

Notary practices and regulations (pledge of ethical practices):

I am not an attorney and therefore, by law, I cannot explain or interpret the contents of any document for you, instruct you on how to complete a document or direct you on the advisability of signing a particular document. By doing so I would be engaging in the unauthorized practice of law, and could face legal penalties that include the possibility of incarceration. Any important questions about your document should be addressed to the lender, title company or an attorney.
  • Signature on document in presence of notary
  • Proper identification (California drivers license or passport are examples)
  • Thumb print keep in journal along with specific information about the notarization
  • Wording must be up to California standards
  • Signer must not be coerced and must have an understanding of what is being signed
  • Entire document must be presented at time pages are notarized
  • No blank or empty pages or spaces in document
  • Unless they are an attorney, the notary cannot provide legal advice
